Summary

Kill after kill, Lars’s bloody hands have grown stronger by the day as he’s soaked in the EXP from every cultivator whose life he’s taken。 What was once horrific is now becoming an addiction, but just getting strong enough to survive was only the start。

When an elder cultivator powerful enough to destroy Lars with a gesture spirits him away to the Sect of the Spring Rain, he ends up as the subject of a twisted plot to uncover and exploit his secret cultivation technique。

Can he navigate the treacherous power struggles of the sect within or will he be killed off by the factions vying for power? What happens if his grisly methods are exposed? One thing is for certain, he must prove once again that you shouldn't mess with a warlock who grows more powerful with every life he takes。

Join Lars as he continues to carve his own bloody path to power in this cultivation-themed xanxia inspired LitRPG and Gamelit adventure。

Murderhobo Being comfortable running around naked because all the fights keep destroying your robes。 Yep sounds like a murderhobo to me。 I’m enjoying this series and am looking forward to seeing how it grows

Another great read! There is a lot to love about this series。 Good action, an interesting system, and memorable characters。 Admittedly, the story is a little silly sometimes, and the humor is expansive, but it does not detract too much。 Overall, I am very interested in what happens next! Recommend!

Amazing addition to the series!Great addition to the series, learning more about the world and Ophelias background。 Can't wait for more to come and the MCs deepening understanding of the cultivation world。 Amazing addition to the series!Great addition to the series, learning more about the world and Ophelias background。 Can't wait for more to come and the MCs deepening understanding of the cultivation world。 。。。more

Need more like this one。Got really excited for this one。 Here I am, 2 days before my final exam, reading this freakin masterpiece of humor and murder wondering about my own sanity。 Well done mate, well done。 I'm definitely recommending this to all my friends then forcing them to read it。 Need more like this one。Got really excited for this one。 Here I am, 2 days before my final exam, reading this freakin masterpiece of humor and murder wondering about my own sanity。 Well done mate, well done。 I'm definitely recommending this to all my friends then forcing them to read it。 。。。more

Interesting I’m conflicted about this book。 There was a lot of internal dialogue with burst of story progression but the MC only progressed a little as a character。 I liked the story and will definitely read the next book of the series。

Absolutely awesomeThis may have been the best novel I've read all month。 I loved the main character's development in both emotions and power。 His growth regarding relationships was especially satisfying。 I'm looking forward to the next。 Absolutely awesomeThis may have been the best novel I've read all month。 I loved the main character's development in both emotions and power。 His growth regarding relationships was especially satisfying。 I'm looking forward to the next。 。。。more

DamnI was so absolutely dissapointed when I turned the last page only to realize the book was over。 This had to be one of the most captivating and entertaining books I've read in ages。 If Charles was into dudes I'd proposition myself just in attempt to get him to turn this series out faster。 I need more! Book twoMistakes: I found one mistake in this book。Plot: There really isn't much plot to this book。 It's mostly just word banter between the MC and everyone else。Characters: This is a harem series。 Mostly clean so far, but I don't like the characters enough to keep following this series。5/10 Book twoMistakes: I found one mistake in this book。Plot: There really isn't much plot to this book。 It's mostly just word banter between the MC and everyone else。Characters: This is a harem series。 Mostly clean so far, but I don't like the characters enough to keep following this series。5/10 。。。more

This book gave me more “little deaths” than I could countI really enjoyed this one。 Dean did a great job building upon the characters he introduced in the first book。 There were several parts that had me actually chuckling。 I especially like the running gag of the slap quest throughout the book。 The stats are done particularly well and you can tell that a great amount of care and effort went into them。 Another aspect I enjoyed was the cultivation。 It was well done, and the way the author paired This book gave me more “little deaths” than I could countI really enjoyed this one。 Dean did a great job building upon the characters he introduced in the first book。 There were several parts that had me actually chuckling。 I especially like the running gag of the slap quest throughout the book。 The stats are done particularly well and you can tell that a great amount of care and effort went into them。 Another aspect I enjoyed was the cultivation。 It was well done, and the way the author paired the cultivation with the skill progression really kept me engaged throughout。 This one is pretty dialogue heavy, which may or may not be a good thing in your opinion, but I really enjoyed the interactions throughout the story。 Remember: Never underestimate the underboob… Looking forward to the next one 。。。more
